These precisely woven open mesh fabrics have defined material properties. Pore size, thickness, tensile strength, dimensional stability and cleanliness are under ridged control, consistent and repeatable. Especially the openings and thickness of the fabrics vary within microns. Wire-diameter and evenness are always controlled to ensure a high quality level of a perpendicular fabric.
