Quality Policy

CPI Technology Ltd pride ourselves in providing an effective and quality service to our customers.

As a means of ensuring this, we operate an internal quality assurance system, which meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and which is suitable for the organisational structure of the company.

It is the policy of CPI Technology Ltd to:

  • Update and refine the quality systems, which have been developed, within the confines of ISO 9001:2008, to enable us to adapt to changes in business needs.
  • Establish, review and measure ourselves against our stated quality objectives.
  • Provide fully trained and committed staff who will successfully and cost effectively meet customer demands.
  • Ensure that all our staff are fully aware of our quality objectives and procedures and to empower all staff to participate in Quality improvement activities.
  • Ensure that customer requirements are clearly defined and understood by us and that we have the capability and the resources available to fulfil them. We take pride in the commitment and enthusiasm of each of our staff, which ensures the successful implementation of our quality goals and we are committed to a process of continually improving and updating our systems.
