^{Sanivent RBH Bursting Discs}

^{The RBH reverse buckling disc has been adapted for use in the well-proven hygienic clamp fittings, widely adopted by the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, brewing, dairy and similar industries; anywhere that high levels of hygiene are essential.}

^{The discs are provided with a profiled seal that conforms exactly to the pipe ferrule flanges ensuring that there are no crevices for product deposits. The non-fragmenting disc design is such that there will be minimal restriction to vent flow in the event of the disc rupturing due to an excessive pressure.}

^{Burst Disc Indicator}

^{This design of reverse buckling disc is also compatable with the Marston Burst Disc Indicator. The polymide (Kapton) membrane supports the conductive loop across the vent-side of the bursting disc.}

^{This loop is connected to the customer's alarm circuitry by a flexible trailing lead that passes through the ferrule clamp. When the disc bursts the loop is broken, interrupting the electrical circuit and immediately providing a signal.}

^{When coupled through a suitable switch barrier that limits the current to <100mA the BDI device conforms to EEx ia IIC T6 (Tamb=75C) for hazardous area duties.}
